The food being served at Lima, Peru’s 3rd annual Mistura Gastronomic Fair is broken up into 15 Eating Sections:

- Tamales & Juanes
- Varios
- Dulces
- Nuevas Tradiciones
- Sanguches
- Cocinas Regionales
- Restaurants
- Restaurantes Frequencias
- Restaurantes de Culto
- Cocinas Rusticas
Each section has a selection of vendors serving food. Some are bigger than others. Example: there are 32 vendors in the Restaurants section, while just one vendor selling Emolientes. The sheer ginormity of this food festival means there are thousands of dishes to be found on the park grounds. Here are some of the highlights:
